German highways are a disaster

Have you ever tried driving 50km of motorway in Germany without encountering any construction sites? I think it's just a matter of luck. In my opinion, the planners of such construction sites no longer have everything they need and should be held personally liable for construction site sections that exist for longer than six weeks. There are great brain acrobats at work. It's logical that many drivers are just annoyed by so much confusion. Why don't we finally admit that we live in a banana republic, where construction sites are deliberately set up to the detriment of drivers and where forests of signs exist just because the sign companies have an obligatory right to make millions in profits? Who wants to change that?

It's also great that the police are no longer present. Driving is usually carried out according to the post motto “The bottom line is that I count!” This very anti-social, styleless and unsightly driving style is increased by a factor of five in Stuttgart. There seem to be a lot of rich lunatics there driving Audis and Mercedes, for whom the word safety distance seems to be a foreign word. Always on it in German lands.
