Let's assume you want to access the Internet on your laptop at home and abroad. Is there an inexpensive cell phone solution? How does it work and what type of cell phone do you need? Mine is a cell phone that I only use in emergencies. Can I get a cheap prepaid solution? Do I need a UMTS cell phone with Bluetooth? Is there encryption so that others cannot use my cell phone?
