A film recommendation for Budoka/Aikidoka

A very sensitive film from Japan should please all Budoka and Aikidoka with an interest in Japanese history: Twilight Samurai. The story is about a low-ranking samurai who leads a humble existence with his two daughters and his senile mother. The film is a very aesthetic film about love, hope, honor and tasks in life. We saw it in Japanese with German subtitles, as so much more of the feeling of the film and the actors comes across. Rating: highly recommended for anyone who is interested in Japan.
